This document contains the General Terms and Conditions of the contract for use of the services and products provided by Mega Electronics - AP Ltd. (Mega Electronics) through the e-commerce website www.megaelectronics.bg (the “General Terms”) and regulates the contractual relations between “Mega Electronics - AP Ltd. and the persons using the website and the online store.

The website www.megaelectronics.bg is a shopping center for e-commerce, whose creator and owner is "Mega Electronics - AP" Ltd. Mega Electronics - AP is a limited liability company registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 201472746, with registered office and address of management: Sofia, g. k. Buxton, 43 Ivan Susanin Street. The company is registered under the Value Added Tax Act with identification number BULSTAT BG201472746.
Information about the goods presented on the site, including but not limited to technical characteristics, warranty conditions, method of use, etc., is provided by the manufacturer or the importer of the product, as "Mega Electronics - AP" is not responsible in case of incorrect, incorrect or incorrectly presented information, incorrect information presented misleadingly, a discrepancy between the presented and the actual situation, typographical errors.
The site can be viewed without registration. Registration is required only when purchasing goods from the website megaelectronics.bg and is voluntary and free.
The registration on the site www.megaelectronics.bg is carried out during the order as follows: after pressing the button "Completion of the order" a page will open in which you should enter your data.
Filling in the fields marked with the symbol * is mandatory to complete the order. The provided data are processed only for the purposes of the execution of the specific order and are not stored for subsequent orders.
Orders can be made only by users who have accepted the general conditions. To place an order you need to fill in the fields marked with the following symbol * in the order form.
To add the product of your choice to the cart, use the "BUY" button. If you want to continue shopping, choose another product and add it to the cart in the same way. From the "Cart" button you can view and edit the products you have selected.
Once you have selected the desired products, you should click the "Complete the order" button. To complete the order, you must fill in the following information:

After processing the application, an employee of the company will contact you on the specified contact phone number to confirm the order. Requests made after 17.00 are processed the next day.
Requests made on weekends are processed on the first working day of the following week.
The distance selling contract between Mega Electronics - AP and the buyer is considered concluded after confirmation of the order by Mega Electronics - AP. The confirmation of a distance contract concluded with Mega Electronics - AP, including all the information under Art. 47, para. 1 of the CPA, is performed on the e-mail and/or telephone number provided by the buyer.
All prices presented on the site / online store are in Bulgarian levs and are valid only at the time of their publication, as "Mega Electronics - AP" reserves the right, without notice, to change them at any time. The prices for online orders confirmed by Mega Electronics - AP are final and are not subject to change. The prices presented on the site / online store are final and include all taxes and fees, without the price for processing and delivery - indicated separately, in case such is due.
According to Art. 113, para. 4 of the VAT Act, the issuance of an invoice or correction on an already issued invoice shall be made within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of purchase. After the expiration of this term "Mega Electronics - AP" Ltd. has no commitments to issue an invoice or correction of an already issued invoice.
The price of goods ordered from the online store can be paid in one of the following ways:
All payments are made only in Bulgarian levs. When paying by bank transfer, the entire amount due on the invoice must be paid within 5 working days after confirmation of the order, otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.
By accepting these general terms and conditions, the buyer gives his explicit and unconditional consent in all cases, except for payment by "Cash on Delivery", to pay to "Mega Electronics - AP" in advance, in full, the selling price of each ordered product.
When using Cash on Delivery, the buyer hands over to the courier the entire amount due (including the price of the goods and the price for processing and delivery) specified in the invoice/receipt and authorizes the courier to hand it over to Mega Electronics - AP on his behalf and at his expense. For delivery by cash on delivery: the buyer receives from the courier an invoice/receipt stating the full amount due, including the price of the goods and the price for processing and delivery. The buyer hands over to the courier the entire amount due and the payment is noted in the document certifying the delivery of the goods, which also serves as a receipt.
When paying by bank transfer/bank card, you may be charged bank fees/commissions, determined unilaterally by the respective bank / financial institution.
Anyone wishing to purchase goods on installment from the online store should apply for a loan with one of the listed financial institutions.
The application is made only online by clicking on the button of the respective financial institution. The conditions for crediting (including applying for a loan, granting, interest, fees, etc.) are determined unilaterally by the respective financial institution. Mega Electronics - AP is not a representative and does not act as an intermediary for the benefit of any financial institution. Mega Electronics - AP does not participate in any of the relations related to lending, incl. in the cases of a possible undertaking of enforcement actions, etc.
The delivery of goods purchased on installment through the online store is made within the deadlines specified in the "Delivery" section, as of the date on which "Mega Electronics - AP" is notified by the respective financial institution of a signed loan agreement, financing in full the relevant order.
The delivery is performed based on the data (name, Personal identification number (EGN), delivery address - business or current address), specified by the buyer in the loan agreement. Receipt of the goods is made personally by the buyer, after proving his identity by presenting an identity document, signing and handwriting his own name in the document certifying the delivery of the goods.
What is said in the section "Cancellation of a distance contract" also applies to online payment on installments, except that when buying online on installment the consumer must send all their claims for a refund directly to the relevant financial institution that credited online the purchase subject to contract waiver. For this purpose, the consumer sends an application to the financial institution that granted the loan, in which he indicates the bank account to which he wishes to be reimbursed the amounts claimed. To avoid any doubt, Mega Electronics - AP will not consider and will not satisfy any monetary claims made by consumers in cases of withdrawal from a contract with online purchase on installment.
Delivery of goods ordered from the online store is made only to addresses in the Republic of Bulgaria. Receipt of the goods takes place only after signing a document by the buyer, certifying its acceptance.
Delivery is made in two ways:
From assembly groups on the day of installation, which is agreed in advance with an employee of "Mega Electronics - AP", when calling to confirm the order.
The term for completing the order is from 2 to 7 working days for goods that are available in the warehouses of "Mega Electronics - AP". Concerning goods that are not available in the company's warehouses, an employee of Mega Electronics - AP will contact the buyer to specify the delivery time, which depends on the delivery time to the warehouses of Mega Electronics - AP from the importer of the product.
FREE DELIVERY can benefit customers in the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Vratsa, Burgas, Veliko Tarnovo, Dupnitsa, Pleven, Ruse, Petrich and Vidin.
If you wish to deliver a product to a place other than those listed above, you pay BGN 20 for 1 product.
The goods are delivered as standard - by hand against a signature, and for larger shipments (determined at the discretion of the person making the delivery) the delivery is made to the entrance of the building. In case of impossibility or difficulty for delivery personally to the recipient, the consignments shall be delivered as follows: 1. for official address - to a person with a place of work at the address, noting the name and position/department of the person who received the consignment. 2. for home address - of a member of the household, noting the name of the person who received the consignment and his connection with the consignee. In case of impossibility to deliver the shipment at the first visit, not due to the fault of "Mega Electronics - AP" / courier (in case no one is at the address, etc.), the person making the delivery leaves a notice indicating a contact phone number, to which the consignee should call within three working days to specify a new deadline for delivery. In case of impossibility to deliver the shipment and in case of a second visit through no fault of Mega Electronics - AP/courier, the distance selling contract is automatically terminated, in which case, as a sanction for non-fulfillment by the buyer, Mega Electronics - AP "withholds all amounts paid by the buyer. What has been said in the previous sentence also applies to cases where a consignee unreasonably refuses to accept a consignment. "Mega Electronics - AP" / the courier is not responsible for non-fulfillment of orders in cases where the buyer has provided incorrect, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when he has provided incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious address. "Mega Electronics - AP" installs its employees of the goods offered on the website, namely: air conditioners, water heaters, gas appliances, electronic construction and more.

For goods for which there is no information on the above pages, the conditions and prices of installation are agreed individually with the customer, upon confirmation of the order.
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is obliged to immediately inspect it and in case of obvious defects, the absence of any of the accompanying accessories and/or any of the documents required by Bulgarian law, immediately inform the person making the delivery. If he fails to do so, the item is considered approved, and the buyer loses the right to later claim that the goods were delivered with obvious defects, the absence of any of the accompanying accessories and/or any of the required by Bulgarian law documents. Complaints of goods purchased through the online store are made according to the rules of the CPA (only for consumers) and/or in accordance with the terms and conditions of their commercial warranty. All goods offered at www.megaelectronics.bg are provided with warranty and post-warranty service. The commercial warranty is indicated for each product and is in accordance with the warranty conditions of the manufacturer. If warranty repairs are required, the customer is obliged to present a warranty card. All goods presented on the site and/or sold in the online store have a legal guarantee for compliance of the goods with the contract of sale according to Art. 112-115 of the CPA.
The commercial guarantee does not affect the rights of consumers arising from the guarantee under Art. 112-115 of the CPA. Irrespective of the commercial guarantee, the seller is responsible for the lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the contract of sale according to the guarantee under Art. 112-115 of the CPA. According to Art. 50 of the CPA, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without stating a reason, without paying compensation or penalty and without paying any costs (except for the costs provided for in Art. 54, para. 3 and Art. 55 of the CPA) within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier and specified by the consumer, or when the consumer has ordered many goods with one order, which are delivered separately - as of from the date on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer accepts the last goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer should notify Mega Electronics - AP (indicating name, geographical address, telephone number, fax and e-mail address) of his decision to withdraw from the contract with an unambiguous statement (eg a letter sent by post fax or e-mail). In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the consumer has presented to Mega Electronics - AP the product in its original packaging in preserved commercial form, all accessories, accessories, documents and the original receipt/invoice for the purchase.
In case of exercising the right to withdraw from a distance contract, the consumer must send or hand over the goods back to Mega Electronics - AP no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer notified Mega Electronics - AP for his decision to withdraw from the contract. The direct costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the consumer. Until the delivery of the goods to Mega Electronics - AP, the risk of accidental loss or damage is borne entirely by the consumer. The refund of the amount paid is made through the payment method used by the consumer when purchasing the goods, without incurring additional costs for the consumer. Reimbursement of payments may be deferred until the goods are returned or until proof is provided that the goods have been sent back, depending on which of the two events occurred earlier.). We expect you to send or return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. You have to take over.
The parties agree that if any of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions proves to be invalid, this will not invalidate the contract, other clauses or parts thereof. The invalid clause will be replaced by the mandatory norms of the law or the established practice.
The provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to all issues not settled by this contract.
All disputes between the parties shall be settled in a spirit of understanding and goodwill. In the event that no agreement is reached, all unresolved disputes arising out of or relating to the contract between the parties, including disputes arising out of or relating to its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, as well as disputes to fill gaps in the contract or its adaptation to new circumstances will be allowed by the competent court under the current Bulgarian legislation in the city of Sofia.
When using the Services, subject to these General Terms, the user has access to a variety of content and resources that are subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights of "Mega Electronics - AP" or the designated persons. The User has access to the content for personal use in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and has no right to use, record, store, reproduce, modify, adapt or publicly distribute intellectual property objects that have become available to him when using the Services. , except in the case of insignificant information intended for personal use, provided that the legitimate interests of the authors or other holders of intellectual property rights are not unduly prejudiced, in the case of that the copying or reproduction is carried out for non-commercial purposes, as well as in case the relevant content has been provided by him or has received the explicit consent of the respective right holders. Notwithstanding the above, the user has no right to remove the trademark and other intellectual property rights from the materials available to him, regardless of whether the holder of the respective rights is "Mega Electronics - AP" or another person.

These General Terms and Conditions, as well as future amendments thereto, shall also apply to existing users as of the date of their entry into force. Within the period specified above, they have the opportunity to state by sending a message to Mega Electronics - AP that they reject the changes. In case a statement for rejection of the changes is not received by Mega Electronics - AP, it is considered that the user is bound by them. The statement by a registered user that he does not agree with the changes in the General Terms and Conditions will automatically terminate the contract between the user and "Mega Electronics - AP" for the use of services provided through the Website megaelectronics.bg, where "Mega Electronics - AP "has the right to refuse the provision of services.
